BUILT BY RATZ, FOR RATZ

Gym Ratz was founded by two friends in the hours squeezed between careers and family, the only time left for the iron. We know what it takes to stay dedicated when life gets in the way. To us, a true gym rat is obsessed with progress, mentally and physically, respecting the process and pushing past yesterday's limit.

This is a brand for the early risers and the late night grinders, for the ones who never compromise on the goal. Every piece we make is engineered for that mentality: the dedication, discipline, and drive that define real athletes, built to move with you from warm up to max out.

This isn't gear that stays in the gym bag. The hoodies, tees, shorts, and vests are built to go wherever the day takes you: the school run, the shops, walking the dog, running errands. Train in it, live in it.

Michal leads the commercial, contractual and business development side of Gym Ratz, helping shape the long-term direction and growth of the brand.

Alongside his commercial role, Michal is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutrition Advisor, combining business experience with a genuine understanding of training, nutrition and the fitness community.

Paul oversees Gym Ratz's social media, marketing, advertising and logistics, helping connect the brand with its audience and build a strong, recognisable presence.
