Who: Founded by Arnold Schwarzenegger himself, the Arnold Sports Festival is the world’s largest multi-sport festival, celebrating strength, fitness, and wellness. The UK edition brings together athletes, fans, brands, and celebrities for an unforgettable weekend.

What: A three-day event that blends elite sports competitions, massive expo halls packed with fitness and lifestyle brands, and interactive experiences for fans of all ages and abilities.

Where: The NEC, Birmingham – the UK’s largest exhibition centre, easy to reach from anywhere in Europe.

2026 Main Expo

 

The Arnold Expo will return in 2026 with hundreds of booths of the latest in sports equipment, apparel and nutrition and two stages hosting unique, non-stop competitions and entertainment that combine to make the Arnold Expo the heart of the Arnold Sports Festival UK.
